Some of you may already be bringing your own bags to the supermarket, but why not take it to the next level and sign this petition hoping to ban all those unnecessary plastic wrappings and styrofoam that supermarkets insist on using? Hong Kong’s landfills are full to the brim and it’s now clear we’ve reached a crisis stage in terms of our plastic waste. By getting major chains to take a stand and stop being so wasteful, we’ll be making great strides in protecting our eco-system and the environment!
